With a passion for baking, I have been making cakes for friends and family for many years. Their encouragement has led me to establish Victoria's Sponges.

What sets my cakes apart from the shop-bought ones is the love and care I put into creating each and everyone, using only the finest ingredients and focusing on those little details—all while keeping my prices affordable for everyone. 

Each cake I create features three layers of light, airy sponge accompanied by a rich and creamy buttercream, expertly piped between all three tiers. I take pride in presenting each cake in a decorative box, elegantly finished with ribbon.

Whether you're marking a birthday, having a celebration or just want to enjoy cake with friends my cakes are the perfect choice for your special occasion. 

Cakes can be collected from Bexhill, or if you prefer, I’m more than happy to deliver them to Bexhill, Hastings, and Battle for a small additional charge. 

Victoria's Sponges has received a fabulous 5-star food hygiene rating from the Rother District Council, and I also hold a Level 2 Hygiene Certification.
